Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Jasmine's Design Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services
Jasmine's Design Studio provides:
- Bespoke clothing design and creation
- Costume design services
- Bridal wear design and manufacturing
- Fashion consultation services
- Custom alterations and fittings
Orders and Payments
Order Process
All orders require a consultation and design approval before production begins. A deposit is required to confirm your order.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Remaining balance due upon completion
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, UPI
- International orders require full payment in advance
Delivery and Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping for our designs:
- Local delivery within Punjab: 2-3 business days
- India-wide shipping: 5-7 business days
- International shipping: 10-15 business days
- Express shipping options available upon request
Returns and Cancellations
Custom Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- After work begins, cancellation fees may apply
- Deposits are non-refundable once production starts
Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and creative works remain the intellectual property of Jasmine's Design Studio. Clients receive rights to use the final product but not to reproduce or distribute the design commercially.
Limitation of Liability
Jasmine's Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
